At Hypland, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and collaboration items are often final sale due to their exclusive nature.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached and verify that they were purchased within the 14-day return window.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
